On this page you can find information on the payment methods we accept and different shipping options available depending on your location.

Welcome to our delivery & payment information page, here you can learn about which payment methods we accept depending on where you are located, and also the different shipping methods we have available for the safe and secure shipping of your orders. We have tried to build the best possible payment & shipping options, using Express Post for Australian orders and TNT Express for international orders. We also have Stripe payments integrated into the site for seamless processing of credit cards for domestic and international orders. Stripe also supports Apple Pay, so for those customers already setup with Apple pay, you can use this method directly with us thanks to Stripe payments being integrated into our store.

Payment Options

Bank Transfer or Direct Deposit
Australian Customers Only

For Australian customers one of our payment options is bank transfer or direct deposit at any Westpac branch. This can be a convenient way of making payment if you do not have a credit card, or you are one of those who don’t really like using their cards online.

Credit Card Payments
Australian & International Customers

We accept credit card payments which are processed through Stripe. We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express. Stripe also supports e-wallets such as Google Pay & Apple Pay, so if you are setup with either Google Pay or Apple Pay on your phone or tablet, you can safely use this payment method when checking out on our store via our Stripe payment gateway. We currently do not have a surcharge in place for credit card orders.

We take payment security very seriously, this is one of the reasons we use Stripe processing. None of your credit card information is stored on our servers. All payments information is sent directly to Stripes secure processing servers over a 256-bit SSL connection. Stripe is known to be one of the best payment processors around, even enabling us to offer Google Pay & Apple Pay to our customers.

Shipping Options

Australian Shipping

All orders shipped domestically within Australia are sent using the Express Post service. This shipping method is overnight delivery to 95% of Australia and we find to be an extremely reliable service with tracking. Being that most of our products are valuable, we didn’t really want to offer the slower non trackable forms of shipping. Express Post really doesn’t cost much more than normal post, so we think its good insurance to make sure customer’s orders arrive on time and safely.

Express Post International Shipping

We offer an Express Post International service for most countries. It’s an alternative to using our DHL shipping for those who don’t mind waiting a few extra days to save some money on shipping costs. This shipping service is provided by Australia Post, this is a quicker service than normal Airmail and AusPost handles the shipping up until it is passed over to your countries postal service for delivery. It’s a registered form of shipping and tracking is available.

Cost of shipping and if your order qualifies for Express Post International shipping can be obtained before placing an order by adding your required products to cart and using our shipping estimator found on the shopping cart page. Note we have disabled this shipping option for the USA, Canada & New Zealand, as we have been able to offer a full DHL Express option for these countries at extremely low prices.

DHL Express International Shipping

Our premium international shipping service is provided through DHL. This is an extremely fast courier door to door service, transit times range from 3-5 business days worldwide. While using a courier like DHL is not as cheap as Airmail shipping, it’s much faster and being a courier service has detailed tracking all the way along with signature upon delivery. You will find our shipping rates with DHL are very competitive and are a great way to get your order in your hands as quickly as possible. For our customers in the USA, Canada & New Zealand, this is the only shipping option we offer, but you will find our prices are amazing, and in the case of NZ, you will have your order in 2-business days, and for the USA & Canada, you will have the order at your door between 3-4 business days which is amazing.
